Shoes & Insoles Returns<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We offer a 60-Day Wear Test on all shoes and insoles. If you are not completely satisfied, return or exchange them for a full refund. Orthofeet\u00ae will accept your item(s) within 60 days from date of purchase. Limit of one (1) exchange per order. 60-day policy is limited to purchases made directly on Orthofeet.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Return shipping is free when using our Returns and Exchanges Portal. Customers are responsible for sending the item(s) back to us. Returns are $15 for orders placed from HI, PR, AK, GU and VI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All refunds will go back to the original form of payment.

Final Sale Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Final Sale products are non-refundable and do not qualify for the 60-Day Wear Test. All sales for products marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Socks & Compression Hosiery Returns<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A $5.00 restocking fee per item will be applied to socks and compression hosiery returns. The fee will be deducted from your refund amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All returned socks and compression hosiery must be in a resalable condition and in their original packaging, including labels. Items must be returned within 60 days of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Return shipping is free when using our Returns and Exchanges Portal. Customers are responsible for sending the item(s) back to us. Free returns are not valid for HI, PR, AK, GU and VI orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We do not accept exchanges of socks and compression hosiery. If you would like a different size or color, please return your current item(s), and place a new order for the desired items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Enter your order number and email address\/zip code to initiate a return or exchange.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Select the item you wish to return or exchange.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Select the reason for return or exchange.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Choose Happy Returns (Option 1).\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. The nearest Happy Returns Bar location is suggested. If you wish to see other locations, click \u201cClosest location\u201d.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. A QR code for your return or exchange will be generated. You will also receive it to your registered email address.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. Take your item(s) in its original packaging (shoe box) to the Happy Returns Bar and present the QR code or provide the \u201cExpress Code\u201d.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    9. Once your item(s) have been scanned, a confirmation email is sent.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    10. Refunds\/exchanges are processed within 24 hours.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      For Post Office Returns<\/strong>: <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      5. Choose \u201cShip back with prepaid label\u201d (Option 2).\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. You can return\/exchange with a\u202fQR code<\/strong>\u202for\u00a0print a\u00a0label<\/strong>. Select your preferred method.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        If you chose QR Code<\/strong>: <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

        1. A QR code will be generated and shown on screen. You will also receive it to your registered email address.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Package your items in their original packaging and enclose a copy of the packing slip or invoice with the returned item(s).\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Present the QR code at the Post Office drop-off facility without the need for printing a label.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          If you chose Print a Label<\/strong>: <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

          1. A label will be generated and shown on screen. You will also receive it to your registered email address.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Package your items in their original packaging, enclose a copy of the packing slip or invoice with the returned item(s).\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Print return label and affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          4. Take your shipping carton to the nearest USPS location.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
